Where do you operate?
We’re based at Elm Court, Bathgate, EH47 7PR and cover West Lothian, Glasgow, Edinburgh and everything in between — including Livingston, Linlithgow, Broxburn, Whitburn, Armadale, Falkirk, Cumbernauld, Airdrie, Coatbridge, Motherwell, Hamilton, Uddingston and Stepps. Are you licensed? Do you provide paperwork?
Yes. We’re a licensed waste carrier (WCR/R/3015884). We issue a Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note for every job and dispose of waste at licensed facilities.
What types of waste do you remove?
Almost everything non-hazardous: black bags, bulky items, furniture, beds & mattresses, appliances/white goods, house, garage & attic clearances, office/commercial clearances, trade & builder’s waste (timber, packaging, rubble/hardcore, soil), garden waste, sheds/fencing and small demolition debris.
What can’t you take?
For safety and legal reasons we cannot collect: asbestos, gas cylinders, fuels/oils, paints/solvents and other hazardous chemicals, clinical/biological waste, pressurised containers, explosives/fireworks, or anything that may leak, ignite or present a health risk. If in doubt, ask and we’ll advise.
How do your prices work?
We give an upfront quote from photos or a short description. Pricing is based on volume, type of waste, access and labour. There are no hidden fees. Send your postcode, a few photos and your preferred time and we’ll confirm a fixed quote before we load.
How fast can you collect?
We’re open 24/7 and often offer same-day slots, including evenings and weekends. Out-of-hours and short-notice work is no problem.
Do you handle office & commercial clearances?
Yes. We clear desks, chairs, IT, archive/packaging with minimal disruption. We can provide RAMS/insurance details on request, work out-of-hours, and support scheduled or ad-hoc collections for businesses, property factors, housing associations and local authorities.
Do you recycle?
Yes. We segregate where possible and use licensed transfer stations so materials can be recycled or recovered in line with regulations.
Do you remove single bulky items?
Absolutely — sofas, beds, wardrobes, fridges/freezers and more. Single-item and part-load quotes available.
Can you deal with fly-tipping or communal area clearances?
Yes. We provide rapid response for fly-tips and tidy communal/bin store areas, with before/after photos if required.
